Good god that sounds awful. I hope that this is not the sound of things to come. Anyone who has ever stood track side, as a pack of twenty plus F1 cars blast past, will tell you that a large part of the appeal of motor racing is the sound and the feeling generated by race tuned internal combustion engines running at full tilt. The sound that the Formula E car makes really does set your teeth on edge.
