Red Bull Racing’s American Vacation

Red Bull Racing’s Show Car recently completed a second All-American adventure. Driven by David Coulthard, the 2011 Championship-winning RB7 toured Liberty State Park and its spectacular views of the New York City skyline and the Statue of Liberty. The RB7 then moved on to one of the main arteries linking New York and New Jersey – the Lincoln Tunnel. Wrapping up its American vacation, the RB7 became the first Formula One car to lay rubber on the Grand Prix of America streets in West New York and Weehawken, New Jersey, bringing residents out of their homes to catch the historic sight.

McLaren Make It In Great Britain at the Science Museum

Throughout the summer the Science Museum in London is hosting the Government’s ‘Make it in Great Britain’ exhibition – the culmination of an initiative launched last year by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills which aims to challenge outdated opinions and transform the image of modern manufacturing. As part of the exhibit, McLaren is exhibiting a Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 car alongside a McLaren MP4-12C sports car and a Specialized S-Works + McLaren Venge high-performance bicycle.
