Mark Robinson in memoriam

Lotus F1 team on Google+:

“He was a simple guy. Mark was not a Formula 1 fan, he was THE Formula 1 fan. He has been attending the events since the early eighties and has been working as a marshall since 2003. Working at the F1 Canadian GP in Montreal was the highlight of his year and his dream come true.” – Mark Robinson, described by a close family friend.

We cannot be there today for Mark’s memorial, but here in Enstone we are all taking time to remember him and everything that he and fellow marshalls have done for our sport.

Thank you Mark – all of our thoughts are with you, your family and friends
